Pithiviers a story less town where still today, one can listen to the bell telling hours and calling for mass. Think to Millet and his touching twilight. Houses, roads belong to another time. Two centuries ago, as if it were yesterday, walls, lawns seem barely to have changed. At Simeon’s, a former Haitian foreign minister, past is still alive, with its stable, roofs and wooden tables; bedroom, and chairs.  In the nearby stands a little bit bucolic but famous restaurant, Auberge De La Rive Du Bois, with good food and a mouth- watering fish preparation.

Mexican wet back at Jamaica States, NY

http://www.ice-news.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Rio-SuchiateCiudad-Hidalgo91.jpg                                           Upon their arrival, the so- called Mexican wet back are afraid and shy. WhyɁ the Rio Grande once crossed as well as some parts of Arizona desert, Mexican people start roaming around the five boroughs NY and getting some jobs done whenever possible. However, they don’t fill comfortable and seem suspicious anytime they are called. But, never mind, one or two years later, they buy new cars while continue cutting lawns or fixing basements. What better way to achieve the still confusing American dreamꜝ

        Roma at daybreak

Unforgettable Roman morning! Ruins, smoking cappuccino and raging nearby traffic it s a delight to watch those petits matins de Rome! We think to via Appia and its dying crucified people.   Via Appia sounds even today as the grave of history, alas! The heart is sinking
